All of our tour guides are fully certified (FGASA registered – Field Guides Association of Southern Africa) so that you will have a trip of a life time.

Jo Jo

Jo Jo has always been an avid animal lover and since childhood his dream was to one day dedicate his life to working with them.  
In 2006 he was accepted into the conservation program at the University of Limpopo, which taught him that each animal species is unique and essential to the environment.  
After receiving his diploma, Jo Jo wanted to spread his new-found knowledge with others and was fortunate enough to be accepted into the prestigious Hospitality and Tourism program at Sondela Academy in 2009.  
This program provided him with the opportunity to train beside professionals at the Sondela Wildlife Center for orphaned wildlife, which further extended his knowledge about how to care for these precious animals and how to educate the public during private safaris.  
With his extensive knowledge, Jo Jo has excelled in his profession and is a highly sought-after tour guide.  
Jo Jo has the ability to find animals in the wild based on their patterns and always makes a tour one to remember. 
Jo Jo has been a licenced tour guide since 2009.

Mel

Mel is a world traveler and enjoys experiencing and embracing different animals, cultures and customs.
Upon her trip to South Africa, she fell in love with both the land and people and want others to also have the opportunity to also fall in love with them.
As an avid traveller, she has gained knowledge and experience that have provided her with the abilty to identify what makes a trip a ‘once in a lifetime experience’.
Mel is a well rounded and educated woman who has obtained an Honours degree in Sociology, Medical Radiology Technology and a Masters degree in Education.
She has extensive experience in the Customer Service industry, which began in her teen years.
To this day, it is her number one priority to ensure that every person is having the best experience possible, both in her personal and working life.
